By using Turno you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, delete the app — there is no account to close and no data of yours held anywhere.
Turno is also covered by Apple's Standard End User License Agreement, available at apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula. Where these terms and Apple's EULA differ, Apple's EULA governs the license to use the app itself.
A tool that calculates. You give it your shift pattern; it derives your schedule, works out where sleep fits in the gaps that actually exist, and flags when your rota drifts from published rest thresholds.
Turno is not a medical device. It does not diagnose, treat, or prevent anything. It gives no medical advice. Shift work sleep disorder is a real condition with real treatment — if you are struggling, talk to a doctor, not to an app.
Turno does not give legal advice. The app cites published rest thresholds and says where each one comes from, including whether it is law or convention in your country. In the United States there is no federal limit on working hours and no mandatory minimum rest period for most workers — the app says so plainly. Nothing in Turno establishes, interprets, or enforces your rights against an employer. For that, talk to a lawyer or your union.
Turno is not a payroll system. The pay calculation multiplies your hours by figures you enter yourself. It excludes taxes, deductions, allowances, and everything else your actual paycheck contains. Use it to check, never to prove.
The numbers depend on what you put in. If your pattern, anchor date, or hourly rate is wrong, everything downstream is wrong. The app shows its working so you can check it.
Turno gives you 30 days of full access. After that, continuing to use the app requires choosing a plan. Prices are shown in the app in your local currency before you buy anything.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits or data, arising from your use of the app. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for Turno in the twelve months before the claim.

Nothing here limits your statutory consumer rights, including those under the laws of your state or country.
If these terms change, the date at the top changes with them. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept it.
These terms are governed by the laws of Portugal, where the developer is established, without regard to conflict of law principles. This does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of the place where you live.
